If two kids, ages 4 and 7, are eating 14 eggs together every day, that's quite a lot! For reference, dietary guidelines suggest one egg per day as part of a healthy diet for young children. I'd say unhealthy.

My bacon cheeseburger sliders with buns made of powdered milk & eggs. Been making these buns alot this year, especially for my daughter. She still has no teeth and they're actually softer for her to eat than regular bread. I like to use duck eggs, but chicken eggs are good too. Yes, I added a slice of a 🍅 from my garden. These little sliders were delicious! Paired them with some egg salad. It was so satiating. Pretty sure I'm not going to eat again today 😊 Buns: - 1.5 cups powdered milk - 3 tsp baking powder - 3 eggs Mix well and set aside for 5min. Preheat oven to 375°. Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-11min.

A lot of people suggested I try steamed eggs in my instant pot and I discovered there are definitely some advantages. I only need a cup of water and since I use filtered water, it’s a lot less taxing. Peeling the eggs is about 20% easier than my method. The biggest drawback I can think of is it might be harder to get the eggs exactly how I want since I’m cooking in one minute increments. For example, these three minute, low pressure eggs had perfect jammy centers and I wanted it a little bit runnier. Will two minute eggs get it there or will it be too runny. I guess I’ll have to see.
