That “puttering” time is so important. Waking up early allows you to ease into the day instead of rushing out the door. It gives you an opportunity to get your mind/body/spirit ready to tackle the day. I love to be up early and just sit and ponder my day/life.

I don’t want to know his routine AS a billionaire. I want to know his routine BEFORE that made him a billionaire in the first place.

He’s right but not everyone has luxury of being able to go in at 10 or say “meh , I can’t work today because I didn’t get 8 hours of sleep”
