Body language: i don't care, please finish, feel validated and go back to work. No interest in why. No pursuit of how to scale that experience. Missed opportunity IMO

Jeff’s body language needs a little work. He needs to stop moving, square his shoulders to the other person, and move closer. This demonstrates caring and interest. His happy feet are not helping.
