"all physics relies on continuous time" - does that mean that quanta don't exist? That we cannot perceive individual molecules? This is sloppy "time staking" and "physics" doesn't "believe" anything. Physics is *demonstrated* to behave in some ways, and other ways, simultaneously. The top Quantum Computer has 3000 qubits by QuEra. You guys need to learn more than you talk.
