Unfair analysis. With his big body and bad knee, he may have a choice of training or resting the knee. During the season he has to play or train. Embiid may not be the most discipline guy with his weight and conditioning. He has a chronic problem that gets better with rest

@club520podcast. If Joel had a bad work ethic, he never would’ve returned to action approx 2 weeks after having an appendectomy this postseason. Or abt 2 months after having knee surgery for the 2024 playoffs. But not only did he return, he played well. (Cnt)

Ah yes if he just worked harder his appendix wouldn't have needed to be removed, wouldn't have had his orbital bone broken in freak accidents twice, wouldn't have got Bell's palsy and a player wouldn't have dived on his already injured knee. Played through all of them too - LAZY!
