Insightful remarks from Sachs. But on one point, he faults the media in general NYT for not commenting on this. But the NYT did write an editorial calling the operation "illegal and unwise" Nevertheless, was interesting to hear his comments.

Spoke to countless Venezuelans today who view the event as their Berlin Wall fall. So many grateful to USA. They don't mind selling the oil to US as the US will at least pay for it rather than giving for free to Cuba. This aspect seemed to miss in the presentation by J Sachs.
