When an umpire calls a balk (illegal pitcher motion with runners on base) and the pitcher still delivers the ball, the play is killed immediately. The pitch itself is nullified and does not count as a ball or strike Umpire doesnt know the rules?

This is from a previous season. All you asses sharing the same clip. This year if the catcher, pitcher, or batter disagree they can challenge the call. That looked like a strike. This year we've had strikes that touched strike zone by a tenth of an inch upon review. And missed by same.
