Barry Loudermilk confirms that an undercover Metro police officer was instigating illegal activity on January 6 by urging protesters to enter the Capitol building. “We know that it is one of their officers and at one point he is encouraging, and it appears he’s encouraging, he’s definitely helping people climb the scaffolding, and he’s telling them ‘go, go, go,’” Loudermilk said during an interview with the Just the News. “Why is an officer encouraging people to climb the scaffolding and go into the Capitol? And secondly, why did the MPD Metropolitan Police support department decide to put undercover officers in the crowd? Was there intelligence that they had that was or was not passed on to the Capitol Police and what did the Capitol police do with that evidence, if they got it?”

I, along with many of my J6 brothers and sisters, was released from federal prison 1 year ago today. One month later I journeyed back to DC, back to our Capital hoping to find amongst other things a little peace within myself. January 6, 2021 was just one day. It took courage to show up, it took courage to stand. But to my once imprisoned J6 brothers and sisters I want to say the last 5 years was our real journey in courage as we took everything they threw at us for our love of country and survived. Wounded, struggling, healing? Of course. But still standing. Still in the fight. Still brave. Be proud. Love ya’ll. Bigo

This is a personal TISSUE ALERT and I’ll explain why! Let me first lay out what happened today. I was getting on the elevator in Anthony’s building and as it was closing, a young lady said “hold the elevator” but it closed before I could see who it was. As I got back on the elevator to go back down, a woman told me there was a young lady walking around the building looking for me. So as I’m walking to my car, a hear a voice and look up. It was the young lady who’d been looking for me and she was on the 6th floor balcony. I asked her to come down and this video explains the rest! God sends people at the perfect moment, and today he sent E’Merical at a time when her encouragement was needed! Thank you E’Merical! You’re a blessing!

I was shocked to find out today that the plaque honoring the officers who protected the U.S. Capitol, the Senators , the House members, and our staffs, on January 6, 2021 is sitting neglected in a back room. This plaque was ordered by a law we passed in 2022. The failure to display it as required in the 2022 law is an egregious insult to all those who defended the Capitol, all of those who were injured, defending the Capitol, and the five officers who died as a consequence of the attack on the Capitol. I'm working with my colleague from North Carolina, Thom Tillis, to introduce a bipartisan resolution to put this plaque up in the Senate wing of the Capitol until we can get full agreement from the House to display it as the 2022 law requires.
