This incident allegedly happened in 2000 and the girl was forced to sign an NDA. Later on in the evening, the girl was taken to Diddy by the driver. She was given a drink at the after-party and began feeling woozy. She went into a room to lie down but did not lock the door. According to the lawsuit, Diddy eventually entered the room with two celebrities, one a man and one a woman. "Celebrity A" held the girl down and r*ped her while Combs and "Celebrity B," a female, watched. After Celebrity A was done, Combs r*ped the girl while the other 2 watched. Combs then allegedly tried to force the girl to give him oral s*x but she struck him in the neck. She wandered around the house with no clothes on until she eventually found an exit.
