Gain specific knowledge as naval says. Something that only you can do and can never be replaced

I remember when trying to find reliable remote talent was such a nightmare I almost damn near lost it. The interviews were a waste of time. The hires were hit or miss. And when they missed, I paid the price. So I stopped gambling. And built the system I wish existed. A full pipeline of elite remote talent— engineers, designers, marketers, ops. Professionals who’ve proven they can actually do the work. We run paid test projects. Stress test for skill, speed, and execution. Out of 500+ candidates, only 1 makes the cut. That’s what we deliver at @Talent_hackers_. Just the top 1% of talent, ready to drive your business growth faster than ever before.

If you can be replaced, you will be replaced.

It is harder to fire you if you are irreplaceable, but it is also harder for you to be equally valuable at another employer. You lock yourself into the employer. Harder to increase your salary.

Simply what he is saying is -- do what ai can't do (now and never)

An employee who can’t be replaced is stuck doing the same job. No boss wants to lose that guy. Better to ‘replace yourself’ if you want to climb.

Isn't that a bad thing?
