Jensen Huang on how to structure a company.

5 years ago if you'd tell me in 5 years time Nvidia will hit $2 Trillion market capitalization I'd not believe you.

So basically he is keeping in mind the Conway's law, dated back to as early as 1967: "Organizations which design systems are constrained to produce designs which are copies of the communication structures of these organizations." — Melvin E. Conway, How Do Committees Invent?

Talking about building an "OS" of culture Sun Microsystems in the 1990's was one of the best companies I worked for in that respect. Each of us was empowered and given projects with large scope and hierarchy was flat.

@rubenharris He called out the exact problem of most organizations. They're treated as fiefdoms, not companies. The king decrees. The dukes, barons, and earls all engage in their political intrigues. And then the workers usually get the shaft. I'd love to know if Nvidia is truly different.

Thought this was the Shark Tank set

Jensen Huang's views on corporate structures are truly inspiring. It shows how important a strong foundation and vision are for success.
