The best way to teach resilience is by standing for a specific set of values (or even vision) and accepting to suffer the weight of upholding the standards you've set for yourself. The suffering that comes with that does build character; resilience being a part of it. W-E-S-A

💯 agree. Regardless, how brilliant, young, and naive a human being is, if they have do not have life experience: suffering, lack common sense, street smarts, then they will never learn resilience. Thank you for sharing. The other thing is some of these younger individuals even the dropouts of college, don’t have any loyalty to their companies like the boomer generation. I’m Gen X so I’ve seen the tides turn but I see an extreme lack of loyalty to accompany and team working together to produce something remarkable. For example, the legal suit @xai over the employee who stole trade secrets and gave them to ChatGPT. No one is loyal to accompanies anymore. They’re disposable and just waiting for the next job. If you really love what you do and you love the projects you work on then you would stay loyal to companies.
