A lot of what I talk about I research through AI first, but the key is asking it the deepest, most penetrating questions you can think of. That’s when it actually delivers. The real promise here isn’t just productivity. It could give us a four or even three day workweek at the same living standards. Work 20 to 40 percent less and maintain the same lifestyle. Learn the tools. Ask better questions. Get your life back.

This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

this guy made $10,188.76 using AI. he didn’t get better at editing he got out of editing entirely. here’s the actual system: find a viral video → strip the original captions → feed it to Claude → Claude breaks down the structure and writes a new script → AI generates the visuals, voice, and captions → publish. viral content → extract the idea → rewrite → generate → caption → publish. repeat, without rebuilding the process from zero each time. most people are asking the wrong question. “how can AI help me edit faster” is a 30-minutes-saved question. useful, but small. the better question: “how much of the entire pipeline can I remove myself from?” that’s the actual gap between someone making a little money with AI video and someone making $10K/month with it. it’s not skill. it’s whether you built a system or you’re still the system. saving time on one video is a habit. a pipeline that outputs hundreds without you touching a timeline is a business.
