So, an intellgence agency develops and applies a program that makes it harder to acquire intelligent empirical data for analysis? That's like buying $600 toilet seats for aircraft without any toilets in them. Pure lunacy.

A system that erases the evidence gets used to explain why there’s no evidence. And a program sophisticated enough to scrub UAP data across networks would still leave procurement, access, and audit trails somewhere.
