A report about ImCon, written by an unknown policy advisor, was provided to Congress by Jeremy Corbell months prior to the start of a 2024 public hearing before a House subcommittee. The anonymous author of the report, who had been surreptitiously introduced to key House members by Corbell, had indicated he was willing to testify if requested to do so. A very curious series of events unfolded at the hearing, but in the end, the source of the Immaculate Constellation report was largely ignored, and the origin of the report itself was grossly distorted by members. A spokesperson for the Pentagon denied that any program by that name had ever existed within the Department of Defense. After many months of excruciating discussion and debate, the author of the ImCon report is now ready to reveal what he knows, how he knows it, and who he is.
