One of the most overlooked benefits of training is the confidence that comes from knowing you’ve done the work. Kobe Bryant famously said that confidence comes from preparation. In the big moments when he did not look nervous, it was because he already did it thousands of times

There’s something powerful about seeing your effort turn into real, measurable progress. If you’ve used any of my programs, you know I’m a big fan of hill sprints. They’re a fantastic tool for reinforcing sprint mechanics and regulating intensity, esp early in a training cycle.

Hills are a great training tool but no professional athlete is going to do hills every day. To say so immediately shows you know nothing about training elite athletes

I didn’t say you should do hills daily. I stated what he said about his program.
