Coach, start being a little tougher on them. It’s okay to hold them accountable and push them harder. Don’t be afraid to put your foot down and demand better from them!

It’s becoming more and more obvious the more you hear him . He DOESNT think any of this is his fault . He isn’t incapable of seeing the leagues worst defense , no sacks , no interceptions,.. as his fault . Everybody needs to improve (but me)
