Jessie wanted to be a Pokemon nurse long ago but was unfortunately denied. She then decided "screw it, I'll learn nursing through Chansey School" but couldn't graduate despite her knack for caring and healing. Just because you are bad guy, doesn't mean you are "bad guy".
