I wouldn't say he completely lost his head. He was massively disappointed but he remained respectful in my opinion. Most people don't realise how much these players need to win to fund their career

The shout is bad enough but to then resign when your opponent is at the table is very bad form in my opinion.

He probably bet on himself to win

There should be consequences for behaviour like that. Apart from anything else, look at the impact on the younger player. Classy, Matt.

That’s snooker, everyone gets a little luck. Selt must have had the same luck at some time in his career. To act like that when his opponent is at the table is not acceptable. He should know better and a fine must be given out.

Appalling behaviour. Disciplinary action required in my view. Formal apology to the poor lad and referee and 1 tournament ban seems fair. Really poor
