Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

Over 19 people are injured and 3 are hospitalized at "Black Bike Week" after multiple fights caused a STAMPEDE that ended in a MASS CASU*LTY INCIDENT at in Myrtle Beach SC. This is the largest African American motorcycle event in the United States. I am from SC, but have lived in other states before moving back. Years ago, my then husband and I were gonna take a vacation to Myrtle Beach. We booked a room then later found out it was Black Biker week. We called the hotel to cancel but they refused to refund our money until my then husband threatened to ruin them. Then they complied. Businesses shut down during Black Biker Week in MB. These people will literally be in the road taking a crap or be having s*x on the side of the road. It is absolutely INSANE. They steal while they are there and wreck every establishment they enter. I think ALLL Businesses should just shut down for that week....even the hotels. Maybe they will stay out. The police always have their hands full. White Biker Week there .. is a stark contrast. When People Get Tired of Waiting, They Build the Road Themselves A video from Sakand village in Karnaprayag, Chamoli, shows villagers picking up gaiti and favda and beginning to build their own road. After years of demands, assurances and waiting, they say they have had enough. The road that never came, they have decided to start building themselves through shramdaan. And this is becoming an all-too-familiar story in Uttarakhand. Villages are repeatedly told that their problems are being looked into. Files move, assurances are given, elections come and go, but basic roads still don’t reach many mountain communities. When people stop asking the government for a road and start digging one themselves, it is not a story of development. It is a story of how badly they have been let down.

I have not seen enough about the decision from Mike Vrabel and Tim Kelly to go for 2 down by 8 last night. Here’s why I loved it: 1) NFL teams this season have been successful on 55% of two-point conversion attempts. The odds were in the Titans’ favor. 2) Will Levis was dealing in the 2nd half. 3) Titans still had all three timeouts and the two-minute warning. 4) Miami struggled to move the ball on offense all night. Their three scoring drives went for 12, 7, and 59 yards. 5) If successful on the two-point conversion, a stop on defense and a TD wins the game. If unsuccessful, you can still send it to OT. 6) Titans offense marched down the field, scored the TD to make it a one possession game and essentially told Miami, “we are going for two because we know you cannot stop us right now.” The odds are in your favor. It’s a good mathematical decision. You want to psych out an opposing offense? Give them the ball knowing they need to run the clock out, or you are going to have a chance to WIN the game, not send it to overtime. They saw what your offense just did to their defense. They saw your QB on the sideline screaming and hyping everyone up. Cutting the lead to six put WAY more pressure on the Dolphins offense. You want to hype up your defense? Put them back on the field knowing your offense just did their job. Put them back on the field knowing a stop and a TD wins it. At that point, they aren’t in the mindset of “we need a stop to have a chance to go to OT.” They are thinking, “let’s go out here, get a stop, and give our offense a chance to WIN.” There’s a fundamental difference in playing to WIN and playing NOT to LOSE. This was a decision by a coaching staff that was playing to WIN. Brilliant game by Vrabel and Kelly. Brilliant execution late in the game by the offense and the defense. Completely out-coached one of the best offensive minds in the game. #Titans

Sadly, many of our traditions are dying! A lot of people had nobody even show up at their houses for Halloween this year. Of those who did decide to go trick-or-treating, it was widely noticed that a much smaller fraction of houses had their lights on. What is the point of having a country if we lose everything we love? The only way to fix this is to shut down the border and deport every illegal! We can’t be generous unless we are happy and stable. That is step 1. Otherwise, in just a few short years, there won’t be anything left to fight for :(

You couldn’t make it up 😂 Paul Murphy and the left are having an absolute meltdown over Donald Trump, while seemingly ignoring the fact that President Catherine Connolly is meeting him, welcoming him and shaking his hand. Folks, at this rate the Mater Hospital will need to open a new emergency ward for severe cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome. 😂 The outrage is off the charts. People are entitled to protest, but watching the reaction when their own President is engaging diplomatically with Trump is something else entirely.

When you order off of places like Amazon, they tell you to keep your dogs inside so that the drivers can deliver your products safely. When this driver arrived, there were two dogs barking behind a metal gate. They were perceived as aggressive. So she left the package behind the gate and moved on. The customer was mad that the driver left it in an area with the dogs, the dogs chewed on the package and ruined the products. They are wanting their product refunded because it was chewed up by dogs but it was their own dogs, should Amazon honor this refund?

So…….I recently discovered that WNBA Referees are independent contractors who are paid on a per-game basis. They earn $1,500-$2,500 per game, with no benefits. NBA Referees are full-time, unionized employees who earn SALARIES of $250,000-$550,000 annually with full benefits and PENSIONS. ————————————————- So…….I’m watching this Atlanta Dream game last night. Angel Reese gets out on a fast break. Shakira Austin utilizes a “take foul.” A take foul is when a defender deliberately commits a foul to stop an offensive player from scoring. Shakira takes out Angel’s legs. Then she whacks her across the arm. The message is simple: I am sending her to the line INTENTIONALLY to shoot a pair, rather than giving her a lay-up. No foul was called on this play. ————————————————— The reason why WNBA players are getting KILLED is because they have TEMU officials watching over multi-million dollar entities. I thought at one point that these officials were cheating against certain players. They are not cheating. Let’s be absolutely clear with the facts from today’s “march against the far right” which I attended from the start. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 1. These were left-wing organisations from all over the UK. Every union under the sun was in attendance. National Education Union are definitely indoctrinating children within the teacher and school environment, just look at their presence today. It is very concerning. Watch what they teach your kids. They, as an education union, along with Unite the union: join a union, were also fighting over who got to be at the front of the march today, thanks to two lesbian powerhouses not having it. Comedy gold 😂 2. The second video shows over 100 coaches being used to bus in all these so-called “concerned citizens” on organised transport. They are all part of a left-wing narrative which just doesn’t work anymore, we see exactly what they are doing. That was the entire left-wing loony left in attendance. That’s it. That’s them. This is a major point! We have millions who know what’s right, and the left wing in this country is about to get the shock of their lives in the next elections, swept off the map. That was a panic march. They know it’s coming! 3. There was no working class at this march! Fact! It was all middle and upper class people who attend the usual Palestine marches and Palestine Action events. They hate the Union Jack flag and they hate the working class. After some discussion, I'm going to experiment with focusing on an almost 'heist-like' aspect to the game. When you first arrive the house is dark and the ghosts unbothered. As you make noise and create a disturbance the house slowly comes alive. (for example fuseboxes let you turn on the lights, but generate a burst of activity when flipped on) I think this might change the ghost hand dynamic. Maybe instead of an enemy that grabs you, and you break free from, they are instead a trap that when they grab you, the struggle is to not make noise while they're having their fun?
