@3AW693 Gave Jetstar a go. They cancelled our flight an hour before boarding and booked us on a flight 36 hours later with no compensation or assistance. NEVER flying @JetstarAirways ever again.

Piss off I’d rather walk. Worst airline in the world.

Jetstar is the worst airline on this planet!

2021 - No warning, bumped from a 10 am flight to 4.30 pm. NO Jetstar. NO MORE.

No thank you. Avoid Jetstar and Qantas at all costs.

Jetstar and Quantas have been disgrace since the little Irish imbecile Allan Joyce has systematically dismantled what took a half century to build. He should be escorted home and have his Visa stamped never to return.

Look at that sense of entitlement. No mention of crappy service. A vague almost dismissive apology for “all the wrongs done in 20 years”. This ceo is living in an alternate reality. She has no clue

@3AW693 Gonna have to lift their game after 2 cancellations, bus from Avalon to Tullamarine then land in Brisbane instead of Sunny Coast due to technical issues, not a good start #jetstar

I 'gave them a go' two weeks and they cancelled our flights with three hours notice.

As someone who works in travel I understand the need for low cost carriers. Unfortunately Qantas & Jetstar have pulled so many resources they can’t offer the same level of service others can provide. As much as it hurts me to say it, I currently recommend neither to my base.
