Ofc he says it depends as if it’s not an objective thing. It benefits Jews to being quantum entangled in two states on whether they’re white or not. When it comes to racial quotas they are white to blend in and get more people in University and Jobs, when it comes to guilt they are non white to avoid any accountability or blame
