When thugs see footage like this, it can make them feel emboldened to commit more crime. South Africans deserve a police service that protects communities and holds lawbreakers accountable. How are we supposed to feel safe when five law enforcement officers flee a crime scene instead of confronting it? There are many guys like this. They'll easily let crime take over, but they'll never let an opportunity to collect a bribe pass them by.
