JIANG: Why is there such a drastic difference between your numbers and all those others? HASSETT: Let's remember that science is not democracy, truth is not democracy ... if you 3% growth again, then that's $4t more in revenue than the CBO is giving us credit for.

Let's remember that Hassett is a Trump stooge and will say anything to help the orange turd.

He’s got nothing. Just vibes and “trust me bro.”

Hassett’s claim about hitting 3% growth and magically pulling in $4 trillion more is wishful thinking, not economic reality. Sustained 3% growth hasn’t been the norm in decades—especially with global headwinds, inflation, and rising debt. The CBO’s cautious projections aren’t arbitrary—they’re grounded in data and historical trends. Betting the budget on optimistic growth forecasts is a dangerous gamble that risks leaving deficits and debt even worse than predicted. It’s time to face facts, not fantasies.

The most ignorant and dishonest administration in American history.

His administration promised the same growth in his first term and it never happened.

When you ask your crazy uncle at the cookout to explain economics

Picking through this word salad, I'm not sure if he's on the side of science and truth, or democracy, but it sounds really bad.

|| Economic Modeling vs. Mathematical Mythology || JIANG:- Why are your numbers so different from everyone else’s? HASSETT:- Truth isn’t democracy. If we hit 3% growth, we get $4T more. But here’s the catch- 📉 “If” isn’t a forecast- it’s a fantasy placeholder. Truth may not be democratic, but projection models are testable- and CBO uses structural baselines, not hope curves. You can’t build a $4 trillion argument on a hypothetical ‘what if’and call it economic science. || I’m not follow trend, I’m thought 💭 ||

“Truth is not democracy “ If the Democrats can’t seize on that statement for the midterms then they deserve to lose again

Let's remember that if you pretend everybody else is wrong, and ignore the arithmetic that proves they are correct, you can claim growth that will not be proved nonexistent until after I'm out of D.C. and don't give a fuck anymore.
