No, that was the legendary Yuen Woo-Ping. Kensuke started in the industry around 2004 I believe.

People overexaggerated regarding how this fight looked, considering that the choreography and camera movement were actually pretty great It's just a shame that the Goku & Vegeta models for this film were pretty bad, because it undermines how good of an action scene this truly is

This amazing action-packed film was a crowd pleaser over at BIG BAD FILM FEST and with that showing hopefully we get a release here in the West. This scene is only a taste of what's in store in this film. Shot over a period of 10 days and Koichi coming in a few days after it started shooting is total madness.

Age of the Legend 英雄年代之九龙秘钥 [2021] Directed By: Li Jianfeng Action Director: Zhang Quancheng Catching up to more of my Chinese action DTV films and finally got to check this out. A lot of fun elements where the inspiration is clearly from early 90s martial art films but with some of these DTV films, they showcase solid choreography but with too many cuts in the fight scenes. Still, I didn't find it too distracting and the overall costume designs are great too, especially seeing the Ninjas at the start of the film. Straightforward story on European forces teaming up with the Japanese to take over the city and many team up to stop them. This is on iQIYI for better quality and also up on their official channel on YouTube for free with various subtitle languages.
