Last night, I attended the vigil at Parliament Square in support of Jewish victims of the Islamic terror attack in Sydney at the weekend. I was made aware that Sadiq Khan attempted to stop this peaceful vigil, and so today I have written a letter to the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan asking him to explain his actions and to confirm whether or not he supports the Jewish community.

The incident started when a Jewish greengrocer was confronted by an abusive male shouting "You f***ing jew, I will kill you". Shomrim (London North & East) then received further reports of the same male shouting abuse at a Jewish girl. The offender then went on to accost a Jewish boy riding his bicycle before threatening another visibly jewish pedestrian, chasing him into oncoming traffic.
