jihoon talking about his heart to heart talk with junkyu yesterday 🤍 🐶 I talked with Junkyu in the car for an hour and a half, almost until we arrived, just the two of us 🐶 during that conversation, I learned more about Junkyu, and he learned more about me. 🐶 since we're the same age and met when we were young… I first saw Junkyu when I was about 16, and now we're both 27 🐶 we've been through a lot together over the past ten years, from our school days to now being teammates after our debut, experiencing the ups and downs of life together and seeing how we've dealt with those challenges 🐶 in the past, when we shared a room during tours, we talked a lot about various things. but yesterday, we realized that even though we thought we knew each other well, we've both changed a lot in our mid-20s. we talked a lot about those changes.

as soon as his sched ended, jihoon rushed to go live since he was worried teumes might feel upset about the challenge uploaded today 🐶 everyone… i’m here 🐶 ah so everyone, just now, since today’s schedule ended, i came straight to the studio 🐶 about the challenge that was uploaded today.. it seems like some teumes felt a bit upset about it 🐶 so i came here first, i just came to talk. it’s not something big to explain but since we’re having a comeback, i’ll tell you about it. as we prepare for the cb, our company receives various challenge suggestions from different fields and we also suggest challenges to different people 🐶 bc when we come back, we’re trying to secure a lot of challenge content this time and the choreo is pretty cool this time too 🐶 but the mood of the challenge that was uploaded today might’ve come across a certain way so i thought some of you might feel that way so i wanted to talk about that 🐶 and tomorrow, something i danced in will be uploaded.. tomorrow that’ll be going up too, i danced for that 🐶 and moving forward, we’ll keep doing challenges with different artists so that’s why 🐶 you’re saying as long as we don’t do shining solo? right, we won’t do that 🐶but i was worried that, unintentionally, even though it wasn’t how i felt, it might’ve made you guys feel upset and that kept bothering me during the schedule so as soon as it ended, i thought i should come to the studio quickly and talk about it 🐶 so i turned on the live in a hurry before heading home 🐶 there’s no other hidden meaning or anything like i said earlier, we’re doing various kinds of challenges and getting suggestions through acquaintances too 🐶 so that’s what it is, that’s it, everyone 🐶 some of you might not have thought much of it but since some people did feel that way, i wanted to explain

🐶 on my birthday, i was having so much fun at the time. we don't usually drink, but on my birthday 🐹 was it around the time of starry night? 🐶 yes. somehow, we ended up drinking. we drank a really lot of soju. after putting everyone to sleep, i was brushing my teeth and took photos of them one by one with the flash on before going to bed. 🦁 where was that? 🐶 your house 🐹 that day, we really got hooked on calamansi soju. we mixed the calamansi concentrate into the soju and drank it, and we just kept downing it. back then, we drank about 12 bottles.

🐶 at weverse con today, during yesterday’s rehearsal, i was sitting the whole time, so i thought that onedoor who were farther away might really want to see me up close.. so i told the members i wanted to move around a bit. so we decided that starting from the encore, i’d move around a little. 🐶 while we were talking about it, that i want to go over at some point, but when would be a good time.. i said, “i want to go out during the ‘got drunk in this dawn…’ part.” the members were like, “oh, okay! then we’ll wait for you~” but then, around the second chorus, riwoo came to get me!! 🐶 when i saw that, it was so endearing that i was just there watching him. and what was even cuter was that right before that part, the members weren’t gathering together, so woonhak suddenly went, “boynextdoor, gather up!!” 😂😂😂 seeing that was so adorable. the members were just way too cute, seriously..

jihoon said there originally wasnt a Korea stop for their fan concert. it was supposed to be a full japan tour but him and the members thought they have to do a concert in korea first so they had junkyu and asahi propose it to the company.. 🐶 about Hwajeong Gymnasium.. I know a lot of you felt the venue was a bit too small, and honestly, I felt the same way. 🐶 the reason we didn’t say anything before the concert was because the fan concert was originally planned and decided by YG Japan. at first, we were only given the list of Japanese venues. 🐶 when we [treasure] saw that we said “wait aren’t we doing one in Korea? I think we should have one in Korea too.” 🐶 so they had to quickly find and book a venue in Korea. the problem is that it’s actually really difficult to book concert venues in Korea, especially on short notice. 🐶 bc everything happened so suddenly, there were only a few venue options available. among those options, we felt that it would still be better to hold a concert in Korea first rather than not do one at all, so that was the direction we decided to take. 🐶 at the time, Junkyu and Asahi were the leaders for that project. I told Junkyu, “we have to do one in Korea before we go.” Junkyu agreed. I brought it up with the members. they all agreed too. 🐶 then Junkyu and Asahi passed it along to the company and worked things out with them, and that’s how we ended up holding the concert at Hwajeong Gymnasium. 🐶 there really wasn’t any special reason beyond that. it was simply because the planning had started with the Japan branch first, so that’s how things naturally unfolded. 🐶 the headquarters, Japan branch, and us (TREASURE members) all have our own situations and things we have to consider. so rather than saying one side was right or taking anyone’s side, everyone was simply trying to do what was possible under the circumstances. but if we had explained all of this before the concert, I felt like it would’ve made people upset. 🐶 tbh I think anyone would’ve been disappointed. it doesn’t matter whether you’re a Korean Teume, a Japanese Teume, or somewhere else. anyone could’ve felt hurt over something like this. 🐶 we were already very aware of the feedback from fans. we knew exactly how everyone was feeling. so I kept wondering, “when should I talk about this? when’s the right time?” I just didn’t want there to be any unnecessary misunderstandings between anyone. 🐶 thats why I decided it would be better to explain everything carefully after the concerts were over. and during those three concert days, we wanted to give it everything we had. we felt that was both the respectful thing to do for the fans who came to see us and the best thing we could do as artists. 🐶 everyone also supported us so much throughout the concerts, and thankfully, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all ended on a really good note.
