I came here to complain about my refund issue which is pending from 100+ days but after going through comments I understood these 3rd class companies are just using our hard earned money to make wealth for themselves. Worst customer support with zero knowledge asking me to wait

Jio Network has been horrible in my area since the past 15-20 days. I stay in Mumbai City yet the network issue is getting worst day by day. And it's not just me, everyone around me is experiencing the same problem. At times, it takes around 2 mins to start a webpage.

I paid ₹1111 on Apr 26 for Jio AirFiber. Installation was scheduled for May 2, then delayed to May 3—no one showed up. Now my number seems blocked, and I'm told service isn't available. No refund, no support. Please resolve or I’ll approach consumer forum.
