PUBLIC STATEMENT – TRAGIC DEATH OF BRIAN MUENDO (CBD HAWKER/VENDOR) I have received a deeply disturbing complaint from a lady hawker regarding the tragic and senseless death of Brian Muendo, a 25-year-old egg vendor in Nairobi. According to the information received, the incident occurred on Friday night at Soma Club in Odeon, opposite Maximum Miracle Centre. A confrontation reportedly broke out inside the club involving a bouncer and other individuals before escalating outside. It is alleged that during this chaos, Brian Muendo who was peacefully going about his work selling eggs and was not involved in the dispute was brutally attacked by the said bouncer. He sustained severe injuries and was later rushed to Kenyatta National Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead. The suspect, identified as Momanyi, is currently on the run. Even more concerning are reports from residents indicating that this suspect is allegedly known for violent behavior. It is further claimed that just a day prior to this incident, another individual was assaulted by the same person, resulting in serious injuries. This is unacceptable. No Kenyan, especially a hardworking hustler trying to earn an honest living, should lose their life in such a cruel and senseless manner. I therefore call upon: The National Police Service (NPS) to move with speed and ensure the immediate arrest of the suspect. A thorough and transparent investigation into this incident. A neighbor heard a "single high-pitched scream" of someone in pain two days before her death on 8 August 2023, a jury was told. Her body was found in an upstairs bedroom on a bottom bunk bed of her home in Woking #Surrey, on 10 August last year after her father Urfan Sharif, 42, called police and confessed to killing her after fleeing to Pakistan with the rest of the family. The minicab driver is on trial along with Sara's stepmother, Beinash Batool, 30, and uncle, Faisal Malik, 29, where they deny murder and causing or allowing the death of a child. The court has heard Sara suffered dozens of injuries, including bruising, burns and broken bones in a "brutal" campaign of abuse in the weeks leading up to her death. Prosecutor William Emlyn Jones KC said jurors may get a better sense of how the wounds were inflicted as he outlined the potential weapons found by police in a search of the home. A length of black rope with hairs pulled from Sara's head stuck on it, a rolling pin and a plastic-coated metal pole or baton, were found in a small brick outhouse at the back of the house, while a cricket bat stained with blood matching Sara's DNA was leaning outside. In bins to the side of the house, officers found a filthy nappy with a match to Sara's DNA, and "strange looking objects" made of bits of plastic bag wrapped up with parcel tape, some stained with blood or clumps of hairs. Mr. Emlyn Jones described them as "home-made hoods", adding: "They had been placed over Sara's head, we suggest and then taped in place." Batool's Amazon shopping history showed she had bought 18 rolls of parcel tape in July alone, the jury was told. Her body was found in an upstairs bedroom on a bottom bunk bed of her home in Woking #Surrey, on 10 August last year after her father Urfan Sharif, 42, called police and confessed to killing her after fleeing to Pakistan with the rest of the family. The minicab driver is on trial along with Sara's stepmother, Beinash Batool, 30, and uncle, Faisal Malik, 29, where they deny murder and causing or allowing the death of a child. The court has heard Sara suffered dozens of injuries, including bruising, burns and broken bones in a "brutal" campaign of abuse in the weeks leading up to her death. Prosecutor William Emlyn Jones KC said jurors may get a better sense of how the wounds were inflicted as he outlined the potential weapons found by police in a search of the home. A length of black rope with hairs pulled from Sara's head stuck on it, a rolling pin and a plastic-coated metal pole or baton, were found in a small brick outhouse at the back of the house, while a cricket bat stained with blood matching Sara's DNA was leaning outside. In bins to the side of the house, officers found a filthy nappy with a match to Sara's DNA, and "strange looking objects" made of bits of plastic bag wrapped up with parcel tape, some stained with blood or clumps of hairs. Mr. Emlyn Jones described them as "home-made hoods", adding: "They had been placed over Sara's head, we suggest and then taped in place." Batool's Amazon shopping history showed she had bought 18 rolls of parcel tape in July alone, the jury was told. The prosecutor said one neighbor heard a "single high-pitched scream" two days before Sara's death, which lasted a couple of seconds and stopped suddenly. 'Gut-wrenching screams' heard by neighbor "It sounded to her like the scream of someone in pain and as she put it, 'It didn't sound good'," he told the jury. A neighbor at the family's previous address said she had heard banging and rattling along with the sounds of a child crying or screaming, followed by a "deathly quiet" silence, the court heard. Another said she would hear children screaming and a woman shouting: "Shut the f* up" and "go to your room you f*ing bastard," the prosecutor said. She would also hear "shockingly loud" sounds of smacking followed by "gut-wrenching screams", the court heard, and said Sara's responsibilities included taking out the bins every week and hanging out the washing. Batool told her sisters about the violence her stepdaughter suffered for more than two years before her death, the court heard. In May 2021, she said in a message: "Urfan beat the crap out of Sara. She's covered in bruises, literally beaten black. I feel really sorry for Sara, poor girl can't walk. I really want to report him." In another she said: "Something happens to Sara I will not be able to forgive myself." #Prosecutors say that in January last year, Sara began to wear a hijab - the only member of her family to do so - while teachers at her primary school spotted bruises on her face before she was withdrawn to be home-schooled in April. All three defendants are said to have played their part in the violence and mistreatment that resulted in Sara's death before flying to #Pakistan the following day. Sharif dialed 999 in the early hours of 10 August last year, when he and the rest of his family were already thousands of miles away, telling police in a tearful eight-and-a-half minute call: "I've killed my daughter." He also said: "I legally punished her, and she died," adding "she was naughty", and: "I beat her up, it wasn't my intention to kill her, but I beat her up too much." The court heard the house's Ring doorbell had been removed, while police found a note in his handwriting by her body, next to her pillow, which said "Love you Sara" on the first page. "It's me Urfan Sharif who killed my daughter by beating. I am running away because I am scared but I promise that I will hand over myself and take punishment," it said. Who Is the Antichrist and Why Is He Associated With Technology? In our modern times the Antichrist is making headlines. In these discussions he is frequently associated with the rapid development of technology and various technocratic figures. Why is that? Certainly there are different undercurrents in the Christian Tradition that hint to the oppressive and consolidating power of technology, however, an even deeper explanation arises when we examine the esoteric principals behind Antichrist. First off, the Antichrist in not a metaphor, nor is he an allegory. He is not simply your 'shadow self' or an 'archetypal image of human evil'. He is an entity, an actual spiritual being that will take a body in the future. This incarnation will mark the official delineation of humanity into two distinct streams: those who organize themselves around life and morality, and those who organize themselves around death and immorality. While this is certainly disturbing to consider, this is how humanity evolves, under certain spiritual and even social pressures, we are whittled down to our genuine core beliefs. It is unavoidable, and thus why all people should be properly educated on the coming incarnation of the Antichrist to prepare themselves. Secondly, the Antichrist is associated with transhumanism and technology because these things represent his own nature. They are symbols of him. The Antichrist is, quite simply, machine-like. He is soulless. He therefore enters into technology because technology is his equal. His forces are readily emerging from machines as they bear his likeness. Machines are a form of sympathetic magic, and from them the forces of the subatomic , sub-natural world emerge. While Christ is the way, the truth and the life, the Antichrist is the undoing of humanity, the lie, and death. The Antichrist therefore emerges from the sub-natural plane, or from the world of death. He arrives here as a being of systematic decay. he is embodied and emboldened in the empty shells, both human and inhuman, that bear his symbol. He is seeking to consume life, to coldly and robotically break it apart. In contrast, Christ descended from the spiritual world, from heaven, to give life. To free humanity from death and the constant entropic appetites of the underworld. Lastly, in Christian Esotericism, the appearance of the Antichrist marks a significant cosmic event: the beginning of the return of the moon. Here, in our relationship with the moon, we also see the automatic, machine like quality of nature. Spiritually, the moon often appears as a machine, it feels as a machine feels. It's rhythms are set and cast upon the earth to deal with. This is not because it is actually synthetic, or a technological object, but rather because it retains a connection to the sub-natural realm. The lunar sphere is our gate to the underworld. Further, the moon is often associated with the animal level of consciousness, or, the prior development of humanity, or the old 'lunar condition' of man. The lunar sphere, therefore, contains what has been reduced to unconscious impulses in present day humanity. All that lies in the unconscious mind lives in the realm of the moon. In this way man is confronting, through the slow return of the moon to the earth, his own mechanical unexamined impulses, his own unconsciousness. And thus, behind the moon, in its darkest region, lies perhaps the greatest secret of Ahriman, the Antichrist. After all, it was the mystic G.I. Gurdjieff who reminded us that we are 'food for the moon' meaning that we often end up dissolving ourselves into, or losing ourselves in, what we have not yet overcome. We become possessed by what we refuse to acknowledge and take responsibility for. The lunar spirits are hungry ghosts bearing unnatural gifts. Man must now awaken to his unconscious, machine-like impulses. In turn it is our awakening, our making conscious of what is unconscious through Christ, that reveals the reality of the Antichrist.

My song and video, "Spring of Eighteen-Twenty" is now live. Most people know the story of Joseph Smith’s First Vision from the official 1838 account found in the Pearl of Great Price. But did you know Joseph actually left four different firsthand accounts during his life? Each one was written to a different audience, and each contains unique details that most of us rarely hear. For my new song, "Spring of Eighteen-Twenty," I didn’t want to choose just one version. I wanted to weave them all together into a single, chronological experience. Here is the history hidden in the lyrics: The Physical Struggle (Verse 1) In the famous 1838 account, Joseph describes a "thick darkness." But in his 1835 journal entry, he adds visceral physical details: His tongue swelled in his mouth so he could not speak. He heard footsteps walking up behind him. Lyric: "Knelt upon the ground to pray, but my tongue began to swell / Footsteps walking up behind me..." The Angels (Verse 2) We usually picture just the Father and the Son. However, the 1835 account explicitly states, "I saw many angels in this vision." Lyric: "And a host of many angels, surrounding them in flame." The Forgiveness of Sins (Verse 2) The earliest account (1832) wasn't about starting a church—it was about Joseph’s soul. In this version, the Lord tells him immediately that his sins are forgiven. It’s a tender, personal moment often lost in the later institutional retellings. Lyric: "One looked down and called me Joseph, said 'My son, thy sins are gone.'" The "Exact" Resemblance (Verse 2) The 1842 Wentworth Letter adds a fascinating visual detail: the two Personages "exactly resembled each other in features and likeness." Lyric: "In the fire I saw them standing, two who looked exactly same." The Future Promise (Verse 3) In the 1842 account, Joseph isn't just told the churches are wrong; he is promised that "the fullness of the gospel" would be made known to him in the future. It wasn't just a rejection of the old, but a promise of the new. Lyric: "Wait a while and I will show you, fullness of the truth to come." The Result By combining the 1832 (Redemption), 1835 (Angels & Struggle), 1838 (The Warning), and 1842 (The Promise), the story becomes fuller. It moves from a terrifying physical battle to a moment of personal forgiveness, and finally to a prophetic calling. "Spring of Eighteen-Twenty" is my attempt to capture the whole picture and I hope it can help spread the truth of Joseph's experience and the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ. My song and video, "Spring of Eighteen-Twenty" is now live. Most people know the story of Joseph Smith’s First Vision from the official 1838 account found in the Pearl of Great Price. But did you know Joseph actually left four different firsthand accounts during his life? Each one was written to a different audience, and each contains unique details that most of us rarely hear. For my new song, "Spring of Eighteen-Twenty," I didn’t want to choose just one version. I wanted to weave them all together into a single, chronological experience. Here is the history hidden in the lyrics: The Physical Struggle (Verse 1) In the famous 1838 account, Joseph describes a "thick darkness." But in his 1835 journal entry, he adds visceral physical details: His tongue swelled in his mouth so he could not speak. He heard footsteps walking up behind him. Lyric: "Knelt upon the ground to pray, but my tongue began to swell / Footsteps walking up behind me..." The Angels (Verse 2) We usually picture just the Father and the Son. However, the 1835 account explicitly states, "I saw many angels in this vision." Lyric: "And a host of many angels, surrounding them in flame." The Forgiveness of Sins (Verse 2) The earliest account (1832) wasn't about starting a church—it was about Joseph’s soul. In this version, the Lord tells him immediately that his sins are forgiven. It’s a tender, personal moment often lost in the later institutional retellings. Lyric: "One looked down and called me Joseph, said 'My son, thy sins are gone.'" The "Exact" Resemblance (Verse 2) The 1842 Wentworth Letter adds a fascinating visual detail: the two Personages "exactly resembled each other in features and likeness." Lyric: "In the fire I saw them standing, two who looked exactly same." The Future Promise (Verse 3) In the 1842 account, Joseph isn't just told the churches are wrong; he is promised that "the fullness of the gospel" would be made known to him in the future. It wasn't just a rejection of the old, but a promise of the new. Lyric: "Wait a while and I will show you, fullness of the truth to come." The Result By combining the 1832 (Redemption), 1835 (Angels & Struggle), 1838 (The Warning), and 1842 (The Promise), the story becomes fuller. It moves from a terrifying physical battle to a moment of personal forgiveness, and finally to a prophetic calling. Hitman Hired To Kill Girlfriend: Johannesburg - Gauteng *Warning - This Audio Recording Contains Expletives A mother living in Kwazulu Natal (location withheld) has made contact with Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) seeking assistance after learning that her daughter's ex-boyfriend had hired a hitman to kill her child. The Intimidation & Death Threats had started in May 2025 when her daughter (28) & her boyfriend (28) had ended thier relationship. The mother further stated that she and her daughter had received calls & messages from several numbers which they had blocked & reported. They would then receive messages & voice notes at approximately 03:00am from new unknown numbers. A voice note was also sent by the ex-boyfriend who recorded a conversation with a hitman willing to kill the female. The female has been stalked outside her work place, home & other locations and is fearing for her life as the suspect had not been located for four (4) months. "Somebody" close to Brian Tully's MSP unit (probably Kate Peter) got to Ashley Bell. Also, "somebody" wiretapped FBI Boston while the FBI was investigating Tully's unit. REMINDER: Karen Read trial witness Ashley Bell (who got a 911 tape that Read's defense leaked to Aidan Kearney) asked a question about why Sandra Birchmore's death was initially denoted as self-harm. Sandra, who was murdered in Canton by Former Stoughton police officer Matthew Farwell (alleges the federal government), was initially declared the victim of self-harm by local and state police, along with the state's medical examiner (before further evidence, uncovered by the federal government, confirmed Farwell's presence at the scene of Sandra's murder, along with texts confirming Farwell had motive to hurt Sandra because Birchmore was pregnant with his child and wanted to carry the baby to term). Strangely, in an uncharacteristically evasive answer from the audit firm holding today's session, former DEA agent Matthew Germanowski told Ms. Bell that he "didn't think [the finding of self-harm by a detective] was written purposefully." However, in the next sentence (after Germanowski's microphone cut-off), the auditor said: "However, to your point, we knew that Stoughton police officer Matthew Farwell was later indicted, and the cause of Sandra's death was strangulation. [But], that was from the indictment from the federal government, the United States Attorney's Office, that's why [that section of the report was there.]" What I think Germanowski was saying there, in response to Bell's question, was that later information provided by the US Attorney's office is what revealed that Sandra's death was the result of strangulation (thus excusing the initial labeling of Sandra's death as "self-harm"). However, the reason I said this answer is evasive is because the Mass. State Police (and the Canton police) had evidence, when the initial determination of "self-harm" as to Sandra' death was made, that Farwell was at Sandra's apartment at the time of her death (and that Farwell and Birchmore had an extensive history, dating to when Birchmore was a child, of sexual interactions that were violent in nature). Furthermore, in the report from the audit firm (starts page 99 in the following document), there is in an indication that, within two days of the investigation of Sandra's death beginning, the Canton PD had helped the MSP confirm Farwell was at Birchmore's apartment at the time of the murder and that a man on video at the time of the murder "looked like the man who helped Sandra move into her apartment" per a witness from that apartment complex. Shockingly, the report continues, "[On February 6th, 2021] Canton PD detectives received information from [a witness] who said Ms. Birchmore had been dating a police officer, who did not want the baby, and if Ms. Birchmore did not get an abortion, he [boyfriend] would take care of the problem himself." However, on that day (again, two days after the investigation of Sandra's murder), that report notes that: "The Canton PD relinquished all investigative authority of the Sandra Birchmore death investigation to the Massachusetts State Police and Norfolk District Attorney's Office." The conclusion of these statements from the report are, although latent, undeniable in my view: The Canton PD helped the MSP confirm Sandra's death was caused by Farwell but then, somehow, once the MSP got the case the murder was covered up (which is exactly what I have long suspected). I believe that cover up, in turn, seriously strained relations between the Canton PD, the MSP and the Stoughton PD (as the latter two departments may well have been involved in covering for Farwell, in particular as some of the MSP Troopers on that Norfolk DA unit used to work as cops in Stoughton). Find the report in full here - Indeed, along with the aforementioned members of the State Police unit who worked on the Birchmore case previously working in Stoughton, for some reason Farwell was referred to informally as "Matt" in initial MSP reports as to Sandra's death that labeled that crime as self-harm). For many reasons, in turn, I think the cover-up of Sandra's murder is one of a few unspoken secrets that orbit the Read trial (entirely unrelated to John O'Keefe's death), and every, single, one of them ties to that MSP unit involved in Karen's case (hence why Karen, despite knowing full well her guilt as to John's death, has felt she had come kind of "trump card" over the Norfolk DA and those MSP Troopers). Don't sleep on Ms. Bell, folks. She is on to something here (and I think the Canton PD has tension with the Stoughton PD plus the Norfolk MSP unit for good reason, and it's because the former Canton PD Chief may have called in the FBI on the MSP and Farwell as to Sandra's murder). I also think Germanowski's evasive answer, and hushed-tone, was a result of the implications of Bell's question (in particular as to the fact that, while the Canton PD may not have been involved, the cover-up of Sandra's murder may well reach to the highest levels of the State Police). In time, I expect we will hear a lot more about just how Mathew Farwell managed to avoid accountability for Sandra's murder for such a long time (in spite of the evidence), but for now this homage in honor of Ms. Bell's prescient question, layered with so much meaning, will have to suffice. A new father became so terrified of never learning anything again that he accidentally dismantled the biggest lie in education. His name is Josh Kaufman, and he wasn't a neuroscientist or a professor. He was an author working from home, running a business with his wife, with a newborn daughter who had just obliterated any concept of free time he thought he had. Around week 8 of sleep deprivation, he had the thought every parent has. I am never going to learn anything new ever again. And because he was the kind of person who responds to panic with research, he went to the library and started reading everything he could find about how humans acquire skills. He read book after book, study after study. Every single one said the same thing. 10,000 hours. He had a full-body reaction to that number. 10,000 hours is a full-time job for five years. He didn't have five years. He didn't have five hours. He had a newborn and a business and a wife who was also building a business in the same house. So he kept digging. And here is where it gets interesting. The 10,000 hour rule came from a researcher named K. Anders Ericsson at Florida State University. What Ericsson actually studied was professional athletes, world-class musicians, chess grandmasters people at the absolute tip of ultra-competitive, ultra-high-performing fields. His finding was that the people at the very top of those narrow fields had put in around 10,000 hours of deliberate practice. That is all the finding said. Then Malcolm Gladwell wrote Outliers in 2007, and the message went through a game of telephone that destroyed its meaning entirely. It takes 10,000 hours to reach the top of an ultra-competitive field became it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert, which became it takes 10,000 hours to become good at something, which became it takes 10,000 hours to learn something. That last statement is completely false. And the actual research had been showing something different the entire time. When cognitive psychologists study skill acquisition, they measure a graph that looks identical across every domain they have ever tested. At the start, performance is terrible. With a small amount of practice, it improves rapidly. Then it plateaus, and subsequent gains become much harder and slower to achieve. The steep part of that curve the jump from knowing nothing to being reasonably good happens much faster than anyone tells you. Not 10,000 hours. Not 1,000 hours. 20 hours. Kaufman tested this himself. He had always wanted to learn ukulele. He picked one up, put 20 hours of focused deliberate practice into it, and stood on a TEDx stage playing a medley of recognizable pop songs in front of a live audience. The crowd went wild. He then told them that performance was his 20th hour. But 20 hours is not just a number. There is a method inside it. The first step is to deconstruct the skill. Most things we think of as single skills are actually bundles of dozens of smaller skills. You do not need all of them. You need the ones that get you to your specific goal the fastest. In music, this means most songs use four or five chords. Learn those first. Ignore the rest until they matter. The second step is to learn just enough to self-correct. Get three to five resources books, courses, videos but do not use them as a reason to delay practice. The point of learning is not to master theory first. It is to get good enough at noticing your own mistakes that you can adjust as you go. The third step is to remove barriers to practice. Not through willpower. Through structure. If the instrument is in the case in the closet, you will not play it. If your phone is in the room, you will not focus. Kaufman was brutal about this. The environment does the work that discipline cannot sustain. The fourth step is the one that actually makes the system work. Pre-commit to 20 hours before you start. Here is why this matters. Every skill has what he called a frustration barrier. The early part of learning anything is genuinely terrible. You are incompetent and you know it. That feeling is so uncomfortable that most people quit before they ever cross to the other side of the curve.
