He's only 46 Years old. I'm 42 years old and I feel like this guy could be my dad. DO THE OPPOSITE! - Eat a well balance diet that doesn't include a ton of read meat. Definitely include fiber and exclude a lot of sugar and sugary drinks. - Exercise daily if you can (Both weight training and cardio) - Try to destress and have a social life outside of work. - DO NOT use steroids!
