JJ McCarthy, despite a slow start, still has some SERIOUS potential in this league. Now, McCarthy gets to develop under the same HC that developed Lamar Jackson. The former 10th overall pick is able to make some PLAYS a lot of QB’s CAN’T 😳🍿

Lamar wasn’t developed under a special teams coordinator. Y’all trying really hard to sell this as a great thing.

JJ McCarthy sucks. Another overdrafted white QB.

DRUGS! He is not good, he's always hurt and I honestly think his career will be over in 5yrs. What makes me happy is his career best game was beating the cowgirls tho!

Just randomly chucking it downfield and hoping the best wide receiver in the league can make a play on it is NOT potential.

JJ McCarthy was a 1st round pick and is now a Starter for the Minnesota #Vikings. JJ McCarthy is pure ass. Won a national championship with the best defense and rb duo in CFB history. He completed 10 passes. No TDs There is NOTHING u can do or say to make me Believe Will Howard is not the Next Franchise QB for the #Steelers. There is NOTHING JJ McCarthy does better than Will Howard.

This is the type of throw from JJ McCarthy that screams franchise QB. What’s crazy is he’s still able to make throws like this with broken mechanics…think what could happen if he changes it.

Scouts & analysts are saying there could be a new best QB in college football. And no his name is not Caleb Williams. It’s J.J. McCarthy. According to reports from NFL Scouts, some believe that Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy has potential to be the best QB in the country. And possibly even the first off the board in the 2024 NFL Draft. Various scouts said that McCarthy’s arm has the highest upside of any QB they’ve scouted for the upcoming season. But the biggest question mark…? Can McCarthy take Michigan to a National Championship and win the Heisman along the way? Are you buying into the JJ McCarthy Hype?

Drew Mestemaker’s tape against Oregon is BLOWING AWAY NFL scouts for a reason. One NFL scout reportedly thought Mestemaker put some “Top-10” overall pick plays on film. The Oklahoma State QB’s development is going to be SPECIAL to watch 😳🔥

Jalen Milroe’s accuracy DOES NOT look like an issue anymore. One NFL scout reportedly believes Milroe will give Sam Darnold a “run for his money” during training camp, although will ultimately remain QB2. “He’s too explosive and talented to fly under the radar. He’s going to make several plays throughout camp that not many QB’s can make.” Several sources within the league reportedly believe Milroe’s “ceiling” looks something like Lamar Jackson. Milroe’s work ethic so far has reportedly been “super encouraging” for a QB that’s not going to start right away. The Seahawks rookie QB is TURNING some heads 😳

Chase Young took some time, but now he’s one of the SCARIEST DE’s in the NFL. Young’s pass rush win rate of 22.2% currently ranked 2ND in the entire league. The former 2nd overall pick is climbing to the CEILING NFL scouts saw in him 😳🔥

The Vikings are doing everything in their power to keep the integrity of their starting QB competition alive. Here is Jeremy Fowler on SportsCenter yesterday reporting that KOC is in no apparent hurry to crown a QB1, despite their being questions around the league over the legitimacy their "battle" between Kyler Murray vs JJ McCarthy. "So I'm told, between Kyler Murray and JJ McCarthy, the Vikings are comfortable letting this play out a little bit longer. They're not pressed to name somebody the first team guy or give a guy first team reps. They are splitting it evenly still."
