honestly, to everyone sending gifts with those audio effects, please stop sending them while she’s singing. she is trying to sing GLITCHE. 😭 Every time one came through, Emi literally stopped singing because of the sound. It’s so distracting and disruptive that she can’t even continue properly. And this happened the last time EmiBonnie went live too 😭 Can we please not do this again? For those that didn’t know… Coming out of high school…. Parker was one of the top players coming out of high school. A switch hitting middle infielder with pop. Following his accident, he focused on only hitting from the right side, and completely changed his style of swinging… The hands are still there… The HEART has only grown stronger Here is a video of him when he first got out of the hospital…. JL singing a snippet of Rainbow. I'd like to share a small story from the Tokyo fansign last Jan. 25. I mentioned to JL that this song Rainbow reminds me of him and that I also dedicate the song to him. He asked "Pano nga po yun? 🥹 So I sang just 2 lines of the chorus. (With matching nginig cos nakshie naman. 😭) He joined and sang a bit. I said if he has some downtime, he can share a small cover but no pressure if and when. JL said na he likes this song and nasa playlist nga daw nya ito. He also thinks it suits his voice as well. My very thoughtful nakshie. That day I also sent out that small wish as well to the universe and now it's been given already. 🥹 Thank you for remembering and sharing. This week was so overloaded and this song is so timely easing some of my burden. I’m honestly getting upset with some social and political commentators in South Africa 😡 Every day they rush to say: "No no no… South Africans are not xenophobic." Okay fine… not ALL South Africans are xenophobic. We understand that. But why are some people so afraid to loudly admit that there ARE proudly xenophobic people in this country and the list is growing daily? 😭 We literally see: • people marching against foreigners • people demanding passports in streets • shops targeted because owners are foreign • politicians using anti-foreigner rhetoric for applause • social media spaces filled with open hatred and dehumanizing language Then commentators come on TV trying to sanitize everything like we’re blind 😭 You can condemn illegal immigration, support border control and still admit that hatred toward foreigners exists. Those two conversations are not the same thing. Pretending there is zero xenophobia while videos circulate daily is exactly why the situation keeps getting worse. Some people now openly wear anti-foreigner behavior like a badge of honor and nobody wants to confront it honestly. South Africa needs truthful conversations, not PR statements.

While PixelUI is literally the smoothest and the best animated UI I've personally ever used, it has the weirdest bug ever? 😭 And yes, that's right. Only ONE bug that I've faced so far. But it's a huge one. Navigation gestures have been set as default on Pixels for years now, and I personally thought Google had completely perfected them (if they are so confident in them). But apparently not. It's not even a consistent bug. Sometimes it's there, and sometimes it just disappears entirely on its own. When you open an app and then immediately close it, the animation can break ENTIRELY. And this started happening with Android 17 on my 10a. Android 16 was perfect. It just looks so bad, and I'm not even sure how or why it happens. It's very random. Personally, I'm fine dealing with linear and non-parallel animations which PixelUI still uses (meaning that animations can't be interrupted while in progress), but this is just unacceptable imo... I often open apps accidentally, so I immediately close them and almost every single time I face this thing. Please Google, your UI already is almost entirely bug-free (wink wink iOS). How could you let this slide 💔💔

To those who say "it's her choice" I used to say the same thing about my own Hijab. I was covered head to toe. Even on the beach. Even with my male relatives. And when people challenged me, I said: this is my choice. You know why? Because the other option was burning in hell, hung by my hair for eternity. That's what they taught me since childhood. Yes, let me repeat it for you to just understand about our version of “freedom of choice.” I grew up in an Islamist culture that gave me two options. Cover yourself and go to heaven. Or don't cover, and be hanged by your hair and burned in hell. Like when someone puts a gun to your head and says "you can go left or right", technically, yes, that's a choice. I picked heaven. aku post di sini aja sekalian yapping..😭 my friend literally sent me a screenshot saying i’m getting talked about by the same people who used to bully me back in SMK wkwkwk. it’s kinda funny because i never thought i’d be this confident with my own face. dulu aku sering banget dikatain “mukanya putih tapi jerawatan banget anj”, bahkan pernah dipanggil “muka batu bara” karena muka aku emang full breakout, terus "jelek, bibirnya kecil" like bro wtf.. and honestly… those words ruined my confidence. i spent almost 2 years hiding myself.. jarang foto, jarang upload apa" and always thinking people were staring at my face. but look at me now, after graduating, i slowly healed my skin, got through all those breakouts, started loving myself again and finally had the courage to be active on social media. and now they still have something to say?😭 that’s okay. because at least, this time, i’m finally living my life instead of hiding from it. i’d rather be happy being myself than spend my whole life worrying about what people think. people will always talk anyway, so let them. i’m just really proud of how far i’ve come🤍.

Woke up to some of the worst ZA DLC news ever…they made Mega Garchomp Z the toughest,cleanest design,that literally is always super sayian floating…AND THEN THEY LOCKED IT TO AN EVENT We have no clue when it will even happen-I think Pokémon day because that would be right around when the ranked battle mega rewards end⬇️ But no matter what it will be after most people finish the DLC-SO WHATS THE POINT? Does Game Freak just not want us to use the new designs that they put time into making?! I love it and wanted to use it on my team😭

Monkeys in Bali, especially at Uluwatu Temple are SCARY and a absolute MENACE 😭 They are constantly hunting to snatch your phones and sunglasses 🐒 I had seen all those videos… did not think I myself will become the victim until it actually happened 😭 First time wearing my power sunglasses (just before the trip I got this super chic pair from the Lenskart x Meller collection) and within seconds… gone 😭 I have a very high power (-4) and thankfully I had a spare or I would be roaming around almost blind. Even after I wore my normal sunglasses, still managed to escape another monkey attack. Just a very, very bad day for me The ONLY thing that kept me sane that day was that I wasnt wearing my Prada sunglasses, and the fact that they didn’t take my phone, or else I would have genuinely broken down. It would have been a very, very expensive heartbreak 😭 Honest take: be VERY careful here or just skip it. Not worth the stress. They were troubling kids as well For sunset, there are much better places in Uluwatu. I was chilling at Malini Cafe, and I really don’t know why I insisted my husband head to Uluwatu Temple, maybe because I wanted to see the Kecak dance, but that was also just about okay, nothing extraordinary And if you still go, just be super, super careful. The monkeys are actually really scary (and batameez)

First time doing the incline barbell press in easily over 10 years. My right shoulder is finally in a position where I can begin rebuilding this movement pattern after years of meticulous work breaking up scar tissue and restoring function. Right now, the weight means NOTHING. I’m staying extremely light, focusing on slow, controlled, pain-free and grinding-free reps, and increasing by as little as 2.5 to 5 pounds per set. The goal is simply to make progress each week, strengthen areas that have atrophied, improve stability, and continue teaching my shoulder how to move correctly again. The incline barbell press is a tremendous movement when performed correctly. It can expose weaknesses and deficiencies in the shoulder, while giving you an opportunity to progressively strengthen the areas responsible for stability and control. For those who have followed my journey over the last 10 years, I was told I needed a five-disc fusion and a right shoulder replacement. I refused to accept that as my only path. After 21 stem cell procedures, years of scar tissue work, rehabilitation, and intelligent strength training, my back is 100%, and my shoulder continues to make progress. And to clear up the false information being spread: I have never said I am returning to the ring. When I say THE ENGINE IS STILL ON, I’m talking about LIFE. My health. My training. My business. My relationships. My purpose. Becoming better in every meaningful area of my life. Not everything is a professional wrestling reference, as difficult as that apparently is for some people to understand. Life is far bigger than professional wrestling will ever be. The engine is still on because I refuse to give up. And that’s the last bite. FEED ME MORE!

The goal is simply to make progress each week, strengthen areas that have atrophied, improve stability, and continue teaching my shoulder how to move correctly again. The incline barbell press is a tremendous movement when performed correctly. It can expose weaknesses and deficiencies in the shoulder, while giving you an opportunity to progressively strengthen the areas responsible for stability and control. For those who have followed my journey over the last 10 years, I was told I needed a five-disc fusion and a right shoulder replacement. I refused to accept that as my only path. After 21 stem cell procedures, years of scar tissue work, rehabilitation, and intelligent strength training, my back is 100%, and my shoulder continues to make progress. And to clear up the false information being spread: I have never said I am returning to the ring. When I say THE ENGINE IS STILL ON, I’m talking about LIFE. My health. My training. My business. My relationships. My purpose. Becoming better in every meaningful area of my life. Not everything is a professional wrestling reference, as difficult as that apparently is for some people to understand. Life is far bigger than professional wrestling will ever be. The engine is still on because I refuse to give up. And that’s the last bite. FEED ME MORE!
