Don Lemon LIED after the DOJ launched an investigation into his involvement with anti-ICE activists who stormed a Minneapolis church. HE KNEW the EXACT ADDRESS and knew that they were going to disrupt the church service. AFTER: Lemon: “So let me just make it clear: is this an assistant attorney general? Day 4 out beating the streets. I’m out here to earn your vote. This is real grassroots. I’m not just demanding your vote or taking you for granted , I’m going to earn your vote. I’m not getting a lot of money to help me, but God is on my side, and He’s showing me that if He is for me, He is more than the world against me. This is what I love, talking to people, listening to them, and letting them know change is coming. We are going to make a difference. It’s all about community. Chicagoans, it’s all about community. We can have everything we deserve. That’s the way forward. I had a great time being out in the community talking to citizens. Most agree: we need change. People say they’ve never seen Chicago like this before, and we all agree , the leadership here has to GO. David Fizdale shares behind the scenes story of D Wade telling him months before Free Agency they could land LeBron and Bosh, and reveals what LeBron texted Wade right before his big announcement 🥶 “I’m hanging/working out with D the whole time and he choreographing all of this. Anybody tell you different, Wade was just (pulling strings). He get back from his camp and said ‘man imma tell you something, just keep it here. 54 today. Two years ago, I was on the Big Island of Hawaii, just two months out from a colon resection and ostomy bag. Depressed. Drinking all day. Fixated on everything I couldn’t do. The truth? I was alive, a miracle. I had an incredible partner, an amazing active family, and a business I was proud of. Life should have been easier and more joyful than I allowed it to be. The last two years have been survival mode. Colon complications, chronic GI bleeds, two heart attacks, and pulmonary embolisms. It’s been exhausting. Solo birthday hikes are my tradition. At 10 weeks out from my PEs, today was a grind. I was still able to get to the absolute middle of nowhere (saw just two people all day). My attitude is completely different now. I’m incredibly blessed to still be here. Blessed to move my body, to train, to push into remote places. I’m surrounded by extraordinary people and two companies I’m proud of, not just for what we have built, but how we do it. Every single day is a gift. Treat it that way. Gratitude is the key to a truly happy existence.

Kenny Atkinson gave me a long answer about D'Angelo Russell's growth as a leader during his first stint with the Nets: "He is a natural leader. He has natural charisma. I used to say with the Nets, he’s got star charisma. He really does. Whatever that DNA is, D’Lo, you can have your opinion about him, but D’Lo thinks he’s a star, know’s he’s a star, and I love that about him. And then, as he started maturing more and getting comfortable here and started playing well, he started to lead me. He’d call me after games. Sometimes I’d call him, but most of the time he would call me [and say], ‘Hey, we should do this. I think we need to make a change in the starting lineup. Man, we’re practicing too much.’ Whatever it is, we had this line of communication. So leadership from that standpoint. And then in the locker room he started gaining a ton of respect in there and started leading in there. I can’t imagine. He must be in the perfect place now, right? He’s kinda seen it all. He’s at that age where I assume he’s the alpha in that locker room. I’m just a big fan of the player, big fan of the leader, big fan of the person.”

Chums! Baby Dog here! I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been monitoring Visitors in our Garden. The Squirrels don’t usually come in, but a particularly brave Little Fella was feeling inquisitive… I kept a close eye on him. Plus I’m pleased to report that, now all our flowers are coming out, we are getting lots of Bee visitors 🐝 This is good news as we need the Bees (and also Winnie-the-Pooh loves them, so I do too!) #dogsofX #BankHolidayMonday

Over 4,000 arrests have been made by the Memphis Safe Task Force and crime has literally been cut in half in fewer than 3 months. A full jail in a place like Shelby County is a necessary thing to keep crime down, and we saw the disastrous consequences after the Bail Hearing Room was created with the “Ability to Pay” Calculator. They even wore out the hinges on the jail cells putting criminals in and then releasing them back into our neighborhoods! My Memphis Safe Task Force DA Accountability Act will require DAs to certify to both Speakers and the US Attorney every time a charge stemming from Operation Viper or the Memphis Safe Task Force is downgraded or dropped. We all know the weak link in this unprecedented investment to clean up crime: our Soros-backed DA. I’ve often said our DA’s idea of getting tough on crime is longer suspended sentences. Well, turns out I’m now hearing disturbing stories about cushy plea deals with suspended sentences and dismissals coming from the DAs office. More to come on this! We cannot let our efforts to go waste. To #MakeMemphisMatter we must Make Memphis Safe. I’m just getting started. We have a city to save! Trusted. Conservative. Leadership.

TCSM we’re getting closer to our National Protest Day on 10/18/25 & we wanted to provide some additional details & guidance at this time. Initially we intended to protest at airports and/or state capitols exclusively but after some thought & feedback we’ve made the decision to change our strategy. The idea is just to be out & visible all across the country regardless of the location or number of people able to gather together in one location. It’s a day where we can all stand together in solidarity across the country to educate the public and demand action from our leaders. If you haven’t yet joined your state’s chapter now is the time to do so. These chapters will be essential in planning & organizing amongst the residents of each state. Please utilize them to connect with others near you. I will provide a link in the comments as well to all TCSM chapters. We want to have a big presence all across social media on our protest day. Please make sure to post your videos & pictures on TCSM USA and tag me in them. I will be gathering them throughout the day & sharing compilation videos of everyone out protesting. The recent audit of MSCS reveals a complete lack of controls and possible outright fraud, and I won’t stop until MSCS’ leadership is focused on education before personal favors. To Make Memphis Matter, we had to fix both crime and education. We’re already cleaning up crime through the Memphis Safe Task Force. Now, we’re taking on our education crisis with this critical MSCS audit. I won’t back down. In fact, I’m just getting started. We have a city to save!

🐰 “Late-night snacks?” No, no, no. Now that I’m getting close to thirty, dieting doesn’t work like it used to. I’m not doing an especially strict diet right now though. Why? Because even though I’m working out, the amount of weight I can lift has dropped a lot. It honestly bummed me out, so for now I’m just trying to eat clean. 🐰 Today during PT, I worked on legs for the first time in a while, and I tried doing back squats again after a long time. I couldn’t even do ten reps at 80 kilos… it was shocking. Leg day really is a battle against the world, haha. Anyway, I started running again, and I started boxing again too. I’m going to get back to the stamina I had when I was younger. Back then, running 10km was no big deal. 🐰 I’ll try to find a new dieting method. I seriously can’t eat chicken breast anymore. What do I do… I’m deleting this wallpaper. I can’t do this anymore. Just the smell of chicken breast annoys me now. It puts me in a bad mood. You know what I mean, right? Ever since debuting, I’ve tried just about every diet imaginable, and they definitely do work…
