The Wolves worked out Joan Beringer last week at a high school gym in Chicago that Matt Lloyd said allowed the Wolves to "close the book on the evaluation" of Beringer -- after scouting him in Slovenia. "We weren't sure he was gonna make it (to 17), and we were pretty elated when he did."
