just sitting there robbing poor joan 😭

The absolute best 😂

It’s really sad what happened to Wendy.

It really is. Wendy Williams was a force at her peak. When someone lives that loudly, the fall is always brutal and very public. It’s sad not because she disappeared but because the industry that fed off her fearlessness had no patience for her once she became vulnerable.

Coffee talk 💜 Diva energy vibing like champagne spelled right on the perfect date 🌹 Talk amongst yourselves right now. I'm a little verklempt by this memory 😍♥️😍

This is the kind of moment that doesn’t age. It just ferments into legend. Effortless glamour, sharp wit, and that unteachable confidence that makes everyone else fade into the background. You can’t manufacture this energy and you definitely can’t recreate it. Some memories don’t make you nostalgic, they remind you what star quality actually looks like ✨

The ladies were just talking about Williams in the locker room the other day. There was something about her. That interview clip was perfect 💜

There really was something about Wendy Williams. She had that rare mix of boldness and instinct. She could ask what everyone else was too nervous to say. She was present, sharp and completely unafraid of the reaction. That kind of presence can’t be taught and you definitely feel it when it’s gone .

😑 Ugh. Miss Joan Rivers.#Icon 🔥

No one did it like Joan Rivers. She didn’t just tell jokes she carved them with precision and zero fear. Quick, ruthless, brilliant. An actual icon not the watered down version people throw that word around for now. Comedy hasn’t recovered since she left 🤍

@ParisSorel Noone before, during or after Joan Rivers came anywhere close to having her marketing genius~ one of a kind~

That’s exactly it. Joan Rivers understood something most never grasped. She was the brand before branding became a buzzword. She turned controversy into currency, visibility into longevity and never waited for approval. People focus on the jokes, but the real genius was how deliberately she built herself into a constant presence across decades. Truly one of a kind.

@ParisSorel She was extraordinary~ sorely missed… she didn’t need any Sunshine Sachs BS.. the best of times~

Absolutely. Her talent was the engine. Her mouth was the marketing. She earned attention because she was sharp, fearless, and authentic long before PR firms started selling “narratives.” That really was the best of times, when brilliance stood on its own and didn’t need polishing 🤍

Old school~ 🫶

Back when personality mattered, wit was sharp and people didn’t dilute themselves to be palatable. That era had edge, confidence and authenticity. ♥️

Everything’s changed

It really has…

we miss Joan so much.

I misss them

Same. Joan Rivers and Wendy Williams were fearless in a way no one dares to be now. Sharp, unfiltered, hilarious and completely uninterested in tiptoeing around fragile egos. They said what everyone was thinking and made it entertaining. That kind of honesty and star power is gone these days.

They know how to spill the tea extravagantly!!

Knowing what we know about Hollywood, I have way way more respect for people like Joan and Wendy, who knew about the ugly atrocities of the industry.

Exactly! They were insiders who saw the rot up close and still refused to play pretend. They spoke bluntly, mocked the hypocrisy and never dressed up the ugliness to make powerful people comfortable. That takes nerve in an industry built on silence and fear. It is easy to admire people who look polished. It is harder and more honest to respect the ones who told the truth anyway.

Both drag queens

Wendy asking for the ring too ???? 😭😭😭😭😭

Why is she robbing her

I met Joan Rivers in the 70's in Ft. Lauderdale. I was there with a local magazine & went into her dressing room......she told me I had beautiful hair & was putting her own makeup on for her show! She was so friendly & AWESOME!

That tracks so perfectly with everything people say about her. Absolute pro with zero airs, totally secure in herself and generous with attention instead of guarding it. The fact that she was doing her own makeup and still took time to hype you up says a lot about her character. Real confidence always shows up as kindness and she had it in spades.

You write so beautifully!

Joan silenced Wendy too 😭 miss them both 😩 😡

Laurel and Hardy 🤔

Never

I miss Joan Rivers. 😢

Two dudes

She was mean and cruel.

Once a funny entertainer. Eventually, became the rude and awful.

Her whole face is a mask
