This woman in Miami-Dade county in Florida found these two iguanas frozen on her driveway because of the cold temperatures. She proceeds to move it to the grass where she uses a blow dryer to help warm it up. The update is they both were saved and are still alive today. However, iguanas are an invasive species in Florida. Should she have left them alone or did she do the right thing.

PBS News special correspondent and longtime journalist Judy Woodruff says it was the honor of her life to anchor the PBS NewsHour, but that traveling to report on what American voters think ahead of this Election is what she looks forward to now. “I like to look people in the eye to say, ’I’m genuinely interested in what you have to say,’” she said. “That’s a great privilege.” For the last 2 years, Judy and her team of producers have produced “America at a Crossroads,” a series that airs every other week on PBS News exploring political polarization in America. The team held a town hall event in Milwaukee on Sept. 23 to talk to Wisconsin voters about their thoughts on what is dividing the country. Judy says she had wanted to hold a town hall since the inception of the “Crossroads” project. “It’s an honor to be able to sit down with with Americans in their community, in their home, in a beer hall and talk to them about what’s on their mind,” she said.

These young ladies were out having a good time, they were invited by an event planner. While inside, they noticed that some men kept coming up and pestering them and offering to buy them drinks. They planned on going to another bar, when they went outside the same men followed them outside. As soon as that happened, a woman came up to them, she looked worried and came up to them and pretended to be a friend of theirs that they haven’t seen in a long time. When they were out of ear shot of the men, she leaned in and told them what was going on. She invited them to go and hang out with her crowd so they could leave safely through the back. I think she knowingly saved them from being taken, we hear about this a lot from tourist areas, is it possible that many of the establishments are in on it?

Medical students think being a cardiac surgeon means waking up, going to the OR, doing something incredible, and going home. That couldn't be further from the truth. And we're not correcting them. Three different pathways to become a cardiac surgeon. 5-2. 4-3. I-6. Programs change their pathway depending on the year. Depending on who came back from the lab. "There's no other field like this. If you want to become a pilot, there is a path. With cardiac surgery, there are three different paths — and programs change them depending on the year." And the work hour restrictions meant to protect residents? "I'm convinced they hurt the residents." Residency is supposed to be a simulation of the rest of your life. We're not giving them that simulation. We're giving them a highlight reel. And then sending them out to practice.

She explained how because of climate change, farmers and other professions were going to have to transition to new careers. Think about how radical she has to be to say in Iowa that farmers will have to start new careers. Part of her Green New Deal proposal was to give the people she would push out of their jobs an $8,000 tax credit to help them start over. Listen to how disingenuous she is when talking about farmers being flexible.

Last week, we said goodbye to our beautiful Nisha. She came to us as a rescue, after being found as a stray, and became a deeply loved part of our family, and part of the music too, appearing quietly in so many of the cottage videos. Thank you to everyone who noticed her, asked about her, and loved her from afar. The music in the video is called “Nisha”, it's a melody we used to sing it to her at home during Covid lockdown, and I later recorded it on my album Solace. She was deeply loved. We miss her so much

She talks about how she has helped many people by opening up their conversations about the menopause and hormones. She also talks openly about how she uses hormones to improve both her PMS and her migraines. As I’m sure you’ll all know by now, this month we are on a mission to start the most menopause conversations – ever.
