Either Governor Abbott's phone is ringing off the hook and can't handle the amount of calls OR, they are always out of the office, because they never answer!!! I have called your numerous times in the last several days. NEVER ONCE has a human being answered the phone. I'm forced, after holding, to leave a message each time I call. No one has ever returned my calls. YOU ARE THE WORST GOVERNOR, EVER!!!!
