I agree. Stoicism is how I achieved inner peace. It helps to clear the mind in order to see things in a more transparent manner without emotions clouding your judgment. I’ve learned that decisions made in anger is always destructive and cannot be undone. If you’re mad, take a breath, step back, and analyze. Only you can control your reactions and you only get one chance. Don’t do the first instinctive thing that pops in your head. Regret is FOREVER. Just trust me. Also, Carl Jung is another “philosopher” that I study intensely as well. The Youtube videos on him are quite educational.
