It is a very gracious but honest evaluation of a typical Joel Osteen sermon. Before it was taken down a ton of people said that it really helped them think biblically about Osteen's teaching. After several months of getting views and reaching people someone close to Osteen contacted me and said that they thought the video was so well done they were going to show it to Osteen personally, hoping he could benefit from it. Within just a few days the video was removed from YouTube due to a copyright claim submitted on behalf of Lakewood Church. Osteen's organization. Here it is, in full and unedited. Yesterday a woman walked into Joel Osteen's Texas megachurch with an AR-15 that had “Free Palestine” written on it. 2 individuals were wounded (including a young child) and the woman was killed. Joel Osteen then came out and said, “We don’t understand why these things happen, but we know God’s in control.” In my opinion telling people "God is in control," is a cop-out. People need to take responsibility for their society. Osteen is a fraud. We know why these things happen, and we also know that Osteen will likely fundraise off of this tragedy, in order to buy himself some fancy cars and houses.

This video from Protestia shows the church attendance and it seems as if only a few hundred seat seats are filled. Why is Joel Osteen losing church members? Answer is simple.
