How can you not love Joey Votto

I interviewed JD Martinez, one of the best hitters in baseball. He went from being cut by the worst team in baseball to becoming an All-Star – in an unconventional way (that everyone can learn from). Check out the interview here:

Props to Joey for being honest. A lot of guys aren’t nearly this self aware. (Looking at you Pujols/Wainwright)

Dude is a class act through and through. Hope he gets a job either broadcasting or coaching if that’s what he wants. The game is better with him around it.

Sometime you got to know when to hang them up. Respect to Votto

Even as a cards fan and how much Joey killed the cards, he was fun to watch when he did play play against us. He’s a legend and I liked watching him growing up. Best of luck, Joey

Nothing but respect

DJ Lemahieu next

@shegone03

why is bro yapping

What a class act

Reds should give him a one day contract let him bat once and play his position one last time

How can you not like this guy?

Damn, well I could listen to the guy talk baseball Too bad, was looking forward to a chance to see him play

These are the exact words we need to hear out of DJ LeMahieu’s mouth.

A smart organization will put him in their front office, or even on the field managing. Or in the broadcast booth.

You have to respect Joey Votto

What a cool dude

JOEY VOTTO⚾️💙

Props to this guy for knowing when to call it quits. It’s a hard skill to master.

man he's awesome

Brilliant. It’s a young man’s game. Time waits for no man. A legendary career.

Such a smart funny dude

I played with the college volleyball team I coach a couple weeks ago, proud to say I hung in there but I came up with a phrase; evolution is real and I lost. I think that’s what Joey is talking about.

Well said and much respect

Damn this is cool

So much damn respect for this guy

From a fan of a rival his entire career nothing but respect for Joey Votto - we’ll done sir.

Good players all my respect ✊

I don’t know what his plans are post playing career, but if he decides to either go into front office, broadcasting, or really whatever in baseball, we as baseball fans will be extremely fortune. Congrats on a great career Joey, see you in Cooperstown!
