Joey Votto's moment. #Reds

Rockies with total class behind the plate

Such a classy move by the catcher.

Classy move from the catcher.

Who’s the catcher for the Rockies? That’s a good dude, right there. Recognizing the moment, and letting Votto enjoy it and thanking the fans. Sportsmanship lives!

Hats off to the catcher for giving Votto his moment

Was that Nikes on my feet Mac Miller walkup song?

Yes.

Was the Umpire waving off the pitch clock too? Class move by the Catcher

Respect to Diaz and the Umpire.

Props to Diaz and Tosi for letting that happen

Demonstrating yet again how a pitch clock timer is not needed or wanted in the natural pace of baseball. Players know, umps know, baseball fans, know.

Nice move from Rockies catcher

W

Can make a grown man cry

@redreporter Love seeing @JonathanIndia at the top of the dugout clapping too

Very cool. Hats off to the umpire and the catcher.

Best. Thing. Ever.

YO, give Elias Diaz the credit he deserves!!

@harrison_mbb Love it that India was at the top of the stairs cheering. He is so good!

That’s magical

This Rockies Catcher has my Respect. Gave VOTTO more time to acknowledge the fans awesome

Votto is the modern day Red that could have easily played on the Big Red Machine teams. Outstanding human being and such a great ballplayer to play on my team.

I am getting excited ,the Reds are putting it together. I feel some of that 1990 magic

Obv the fans are the best thing here but absolute class from Diaz. @rockies all love ❤️

Future Hall of Famer.

This was an awesome moment!

Gave me chills, for real.

I was walking the dogs and missed that. Heard it on the radio. Man that put a lump in my throat

Damn, this is fantastic! @CardChronicle

@Play2W1nTheGame That’s why you keep him in the lineup.

Legend.. one of the all time great Reds.. let’s send the man out a winner

I love this sport

👏👏👏

Props to the ump for stopping pitch clock and catcher for stepping out

Diaz, what a guy

Baseball is just better with Joey Votto around
