John Carpenter can literally... do it all! Carpenter directed "Halloween" (1978), co-wrote the script, & produced one of the most chilling soundtracks... all by himself! Carpenter actually composed & performed all of the music for the film himself! The legendary director created a simple, but masterful soundtrack that builds tension & unease like no other. Our personal favorite track, and most famous, is the "Halloween Theme – Main Title" "In thrillers or horror films, you're trying to create suspense. Think of the Jaws theme. It's two notes.
