John E’s had a $9.99 petite filet patio room special that my grandparents would take me to get whenever I got good grades. My grandfather would tell me I’d get to meet Denny if I got straight 100s.

In the 90's, the Greater Louisville High School Football Coaches used to hold meetings there. That place was a whole vibe.

Loved John E's! Used to do Thanksgiving there when my grandparents got older.

I went there as a child once. I was disappointed there was no pizza or happy meals.

That twice baked potato slapped HAAARRRRDDDDD if anyone knows how to make it please do us an eternal community service by posting the recipe……
