2nd favorite answer from John Harbaugh You need to have non negotiable principles but methods change. Too many coaches land on the oppisite spectrum. No backbone and willing to change simply to get by another day. Others have their way of doing things and don't adjust to their surroundings.

Could the Eagles FIRE Nick Sirianni and HIRE John Harbaugh? It's not as crazy as it sounds. Jeffrey Lurie and Howie Roseman value offensive football. They have to be disgusted with how the Eagles' season went with the highest-paid offense in the NFL and Nick Sirianni, who has an offensive background, had no answers for how to fix it. Harbaugh has familiarity with the Eagles and Jeffrey Lurie knows him well. He coached with the Eagles from 1998-2007. Harbaugh could keep Vic Fangio as DC, who has ties to the Harbaugh family and bring on Todd Monken as OC. If the Eagles job opens up, it immediately becomes the best opening in the NFL for Harbaugh. Great owner, elite GM, they're willing to spend and the roster has a bunch of talent. #Eagles
