Didn't really dominate did we?? Derby got their goal early and then were comfortable after that, long shots that were easy pickings and one ali chance that was still quite an easy save, and they also hit post, stats lie, 20odd shots, 13 of them were blocked shots.

The first issue lies in the lack of funding on the squad but - the players at his disposal, Mous just isn't getting the most out of what he's currently got. Those two factors together will relegate us

Hey John Why don’t you play devlin in the 10 role up with Colby. None of the others can play that role. Devlin got an eye for goal and got a good engine which will stop Colby from running himself into the ground. Try something different as nothing is working at present

John is a bright young manager who I think will do well in the management game. He did what no other manager could do for (in 7 years of trying) at the first time of asking, in his debut season as a manager. Losing him is a step backwards. But, he needs to be backed financially.
