While Susie Wiles has done a great job preventing White House leaks compared to the first Trump administration, the Trump administration’s "drama-free" personnel management approach has unfortunately created a dangerous recycling bin of many incompetent staff and admin officials. As I discussed with Lee Smith Lee Smith this week, instead of actually firing people who commit fireable offenses, the administration is just playing a massive game of employment musical chairs. We have countless examples of staff and cabinet officials committing fireable offenses, only to see those people be reassigned to a different role with no actual punishment for their actions. President Trump should drop the hammer and permanently purge dead weight from our government instead of just handing these people quiet demotions!
