The evidence has not been declassified, but Just the News obtained a document declassified by the Biden admin that referred to the findings. It’s a Nat’l Intelligence Council memo that said China began accessing the data to analyze public opinion in the 2020 election. Former DNI Ratcliffe is the only one who mentioned China interference previously - and he accused the CIA at the time of ignoring it.
