Refs should be accountable for the calls they make. What was their take on why they called the first 10 on the player (seemed excessive based on this clip) and why the 10 game for Torts? What were the magic words he used to escalate his penalty directly to that?

His fine will be paid by the Flyers organization which is just as awesome
