John wick spares her life 4 times in 2 minutes. The difference in skill level between the two is absolutely insane. Ballerina 🎬

Wick wasn’t even trying 😂 Man was straight-up babysitting her the whole fight. The experience gap is actually insane.

She was crazy not to back down after the first encounter, maybe she knew wick wouldn’t kill her

This highlights just how lethal he is; even when he chooses to show mercy, he remains in complete control, effortlessly demonstrating that his restraint is just as impressive as his combat prowess.

That’s why he’s the baba yaga

That's why I respected the movie. She kick ass, but she's not in Wick's league. You can tell he's not even trying. That's how you introduce a new character without diminishing your main character. Wick is never weak here, he's just the best, which doesn't diminish her.

The funniest part in the John Wick movies.

This is what makes these movies so damn good. He is the most elite assassin in the world but still has a moral compass. He could’ve easily killed her multiple times. He knows what a revenge mission feels like.

Giving her free trial lives” is crazy 😭 but honestly, John Wick showing restraint is somehow way more terrifying than him actually killing someone

I was so happy when they did that, and didn’t do the crappy bad writing of “oh she’s the heroine and will eventually defeat him here cause ‘he went soft on her, bs. Man you could tell he did go a bit soft and still whoop ass. Love that they kept his honor as the best assassin of their time.”

That’s not mercy anymore..... he was basically giving her free trial lives while reminding everyone why he’s on a different level entirely. Wick was playing with her at that point

It’s funnier when you see how hard she’s trying to straight up murder him and he’s just chilling

I counted 9 times where John could’ve ended but chose a maneuver less painful

I’m so glad they didn’t nerf the franchise’s core character to build up another

In Ballerina (2025), Ana de Armas did most of her stunts. Director said she used an actual flamethrower to (safely) burn a man alive on camera. She said first time she tested out weapon, she broke down crying at the sight of setting a person on fire.

He’s called BabaYaga for a reason.

Jus the levels is crazy cause she was fuckin shit up lol

JW looks so sluggish and tight, then when he fights he's super swift, fast and leathal. Such a wierd character 😅

Jus the way he be lookin at her wit pity lol

Every second alive was a different moment she was spared. It’s John wick.

If she was written by Disney, she’d win no matter how badass John Wick was… cos y’know. Star Wars.

I'm tired of Hollywood trying to convince us that a 130lb girl can kick ass on a man like this is stupid. Maybe if the woman was body builder or something

He blocked her first attack and said f**k. She knew that was her only chance.

Ana de Armas is cold but Wick is on another planet.

I don't acknowledge this "Ballerina" movie as actual movie of John Wick Universe. It was basically a fanfic idea of taking River Tam from FIREFLY and putting her in John Wick. The similarities can't be denied

She knew The Difference in Skill Level. She knew The Difference in physical strenghts. But Just like Every Woman that Hits A Man, expecting him not to hit back... in her case, She knew/expected he was not going to kill her....even though she did just try to kill him.

One of the things I like about John wick unlike other movies is they actual show him get shot but they also showed his suit is actually impenetrable but you’ll still see him feel pain and anytime he’s getting shot he covers his face first

This reminded of maul vs Vader it might’ve been his show but Vader still the goat for a reason

Yet a blind dude can off him

The thing that always bugged me and, correctly if I’m wrong, isn’t this during when HE is being hunted? Why would he take a job? I mean the answer is the gratuitous cameo but why?

No one can fight baba yaga in his universe

Wick wasn’t even trying. That’s the difference between a legend and the rest. Mercy from the Baba Yaga

Why did we need a woman john wick?

This particular scene right here is really emotional

I am glad they kept it that way, in other movies she would somehow gotten the upper hand by the end of the fight.

Why I really respect this movie. And enjoy it. They didn't make her better than Wick.

Ballerina was a better movie than the last 2 John Wick movies though
