question about the pledging on the new platform: Do payments get processed immediately, at the end of the campaign, or when the campaign reaches it's funding goal? I am going to pledge but want to know when the payment gets processed so I can budget accordingly

Making it so people who pledge can't easily change/update their pledges is certainly a strategy. Not a wise one, I'd say. Lots of people want to increase their pledges as a campaign goes on, but this system doesn't seem to allow for that. I wish you were on Kickstarter.

I did my backing with the 14th season Blu-ray pre-order, whenever it comes out. Hopefully the 13th season gets a physical release soon. I even went and ordered seasons 11 and 12 Blu-rays on Amazon today too. I hope you guys smash through the campaign goal.
